Martin L. Putra

I am a Computer Science Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago, co-advised by Robert L. Grossman and Haryadi Gunawi. I also work closely with In Kee Kim of the University of Georgia and several awesome teams of the Genomics Data Commons (GDC) project. My research focuses on designing and building novel systems support for next-generation genomics data processing.

Prior to joining UChicago CS, I received my bachelor with distinction from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia.
